What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI product management, preferably with a focus on industrial manufacturing or similar heavy industries (e.g., steel, cement, automotive).
AI Expertise: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in manufacturing settings, including experience with machine learning models, computer vision, predictive analytics, and IoT integrations.
Field Implementation: Experience in leading or managing field deployments of AI solutions at client sites, ensuring smooth integration and high-quality results.
Research and Innovation: Strong ability to conduct R&D on emerging AI technologies, staying current with industry trends, and integrating new methodologies into product development.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients, managing both technical and business expectations while driving product success.
Agile Methodology: Comfortable working in an Agile environment, managing product backlogs, and iterating quickly to meet customer demands.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or related business qualifications are a plus.

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager, AI to drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions for the industrial manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for:

AI Solution Development: Design, build, and manage AI products aimed at solving complex challenges in industrial manufacturing, including predictive maintenance, quality control, and production optimization.
Use Case Implementation: Develop and implement 5+ AI use cases across various industrial applications, including but not limited to energy optimization, predictive analytics, and automated inspection.
Field Implementation Leadership: Lead the field implementation of AI products at client sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, managing deployment, and ensuring that AI solutions meet operational needs and deliver measurable results.
Research & Technology Exploration: Continuously explore and evaluate new AI technologies, methodologies, and tools to improve product offerings and drive innovation in industrial manufacturing.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation to launch, post-launch monitoring, and iterative improvement based on client feedback and performance data.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure product alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during field implementations, providing technical expertise and ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage operational and AI-generated data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and improve product offerings. Ensure data-driven decision-making for continuous product improvement.
