- Role: Decarbonization Specialist (Steel)
- Location: Bangalore with extensive travel to client sites
- Type: Full time, work from office
Key responsibilities
- Benchmark CO2 emission performance at operational levels
- Research, identify and codify technologies to decarbonize the steel manufacturing value chain
- Conduct techno commercial analysis on decarbonization technologies
- Identify and on-board suppliers of decarbonization solutions globally
- Develop net zero roadmaps for clients leveraging sentra.world knowledge and tools
- Lead implementation of cutting-edge decarbonization technologies at client sites
Key requirements
- Engineering from top tier institutes – IIT/NIT/BITS/VIT/Manipal (Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgy)
- 5-7 years of experience in Steel manufacturing or Steel technologies services at reputed companies
- Very strong on problem solving, communication and steel manufacturing knowledge
