What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales
  • Understanding of industrial sectors like steel, cement, power, and automotive
  • Proven ability to close large strategic deals and manage CXO-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and hustle mindset
  • Passion for sustainability and climate-tech

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be doing the following tasks:

  • Lead and manage sales for West and South India
  • Own enterprise sales cycles from outreach to closure
  • Build and expand relationships with key industrial clients
  • Define and execute go-to-market and pricing strategy
  • Drive revenue growth and account expansion
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams
  • Travel to client sites
